About

Why All & None?

The questions in life worth asking don’t have one answer.

All & None is about open-ended inquiry, admitting that we don’t have all the answers, embracing intellectual humility, appreciating paradox, tolerating ambiguity, and refusing to be defined or boxed in. The world needs more perspective and less black and white, more holism and less extremism, and more compassion for others, ourselves, and our limited perspectives.

I try to link multiple influences, disciplines and insights, in an attempt to make sense of how we see ourselves and the world, and with the hope of helping us see and understand one another better. My main starting points are psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, social and cognitive science, mindfulness and contemplative practice.

What I do: Freelance Work

I am a freelance content creator, learning solution designer and facilitator. I design learning solutions and write and edit course materials. I also ghost write blog articles and thought leadership pieces and am trained as an Enneagram practitioner and mindfulness facilitator.

My background is in organisational psychology, leadership and young talent development, and instructional design. Through my work I aim to help people think differently, communicate and understand one another better, and build mental and emotional wellbeing and agency.

More about me

I play and create mashups on the piano, and sing in two choirs. I love wide open spaces, mountains and traveling long distances on foot or by bicycle.

I live in Cape Town, South Africa with my partner.
